Piwik 2.17.1: Segmentation fault

I narrowed the Problem down to Zend OPCache - since I disabled OPCache no more Segfaults. But for obvious reasons it's not really desirable to run without OPCache ...
Any Idea what could cause those Segfaults?

Also lot's of those Errors where I'm not sure where they come from ...
