I tried the url http://methodoc.ina.fr/analytics/index.php/?module=API&method=API.getBulkRequest&format=json&urls[0]=method%3DAPI.getPiwikVersion%26idSite%3Dn%2Fa&token_auth= with the token in firefox and got a white page with ["3.0.2"] in it.
Any ideas?
