Piwik on Mysql 5.7 and php 5.6 shows errors

This happens only. if I choose certain date range. I Updated from php 5.5 to 5.6 and mysql from 5.6 to 5.7 last Month

Also page titles in the widget aren't shown but only from times before the mysql and php update.

So can I rescue my data? I also ran a new installation of Piwik 2.15 and it doesn't work normally either.

What should I do?
