Missing a slash in plugin manager

there should be a slash between web and plugins, web/plugins instead of webplugins

$corePluginsDir = PIWIK_INCLUDE_PATH . ‘plugins/’ . $pluginName;
it starts working if I change it to
$corePluginsDir = PIWIK_INCLUDE_PATH . ‘/plugins/’ . $pluginName;
but that doesn’t seem like a sustainable solution
