Matomo on Premise - Campaign Traffic counted as Organic Traffic

Hi,

As a newbie would be incredibly grateful for any help.

Currently testing out Matomo (on-premise) vs GA and so far results have been promising.
We have an issue with some campaign traffic getting counted as organic traffic (namely Google cpc showing incorrectly as Google organic traffic in the visitor logs/ acquisition report.
We followed tracking instructions: https://matomo.org/blog/track-google-ads-campaigns-matomo/
And installed ‘Marketing Campaigns Reporting’.

This is the tracking template we use (set at account level):
https://www.our-website/?url={lpurl}&mtm_source=google&mtm_medium=cpc&mtm_campaign=ERS&mtm_kwd={keyword}

Has anyone seen this before and perhaps found a solution?
