I set up Matomo on ScamblerMusic.com and it is successfully tracking visitors but reports aren’t generating. Other than the fact that the diagnostics page states that reports aren’t generating there are no errors.
If I click to manually generate reports the process works, but the diagnostics page then shows as unrendered HTML code. This in itself is not a real problem, but I need to figure out why the reports aren’t auto-generating.
My hosting engineers set up the required CRON on the server, but with an absence of any error messages I have no idea why reports aren’t generating automatically.
Any advice or common fixes/solutions would be most welcome.
