We recently updated our website theme and hosting provider and Matomo is no longer archiving data to our dashboard. Visits are being logged in real time, but not saved anywhere to view past data. In my diagnostics report the only item showing up as an error says:
Last Successful Archiving Completion error Archiving has not yet run successfully
It’s unclear to me why the archiving is failing. Any suggestions for what to try?
