Hello,
I am trying to setup server side tracking with Plesk and Matomo on Premise. I have used this instruction: https://www.gaminghouse.community/en/articles-1002/matomo-server-side-tracking-131
After implementing all steps I get a timeout on Matomo: Operation timed out after 2001 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received
I did not receive any other error message, hence cannot see what needs to be changed.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
