I am currently setting up some segments for my Matomo account. I would like to set up segments for the countries that are most important to my client. I was able to create these segments for Austria, Germany and many other countries without any difficulty using the country function.
Strangely, this process does not work for Korea. I can’t even see Korea among the possible options for countries when I try to create a segment based on countries. However, in Matomo I can see that users from Korea are visiting my website.
Does Matomo not allow to filter the data by users from Korea
or does the problem lie somewhere else?
