We have the following problem.
When we install the Authuor Segments plugin on our Matomo server, the following occurs:
After installing the plugin via the Marketplace, access to plugins is no longer possible. Error: Error 500
Installation is done with admin accounts.
Matomo version and PHP version seem to be irrelevant.
Plugin must then be uninstalled via the console.
Procedure:
Plugin “Segment Authorization” uninstalled
Plugin “Author Segments” installed
Error 500
