I have a geolocation problem on my Matomo interface.
The IPs displayed are those of my firewall (192.168.0.254).
This is a problem because I’d like to have precise information (regions and, if possible, city).
Currently, the region is unknown.
My location provider is set to DBIP/GeoIP 2 (php).
I’ve tried disabling the option to anonymize visitors’ IP addresses but it didn’t help.
Do you have any clues? Ports to open on the firewall?
