Hello everyone,
I’m not a very advanced user of matomo. I only use it once month to report a few KPIs. I’ve been using it for a year and it was going just fine. I never fiddled with settings or anything. Just the monthly reporting for the small non-profit association I work for.
But starting may 17th : no data is to be found.
Is it some known issue ? Is there anything I can do to get the correct numbers ?
