Hello, Personalized email reports are not sent on schedule.
They are sent only manually: “Send report now”.
All recommendations have been followed:
- System check: There are no problems with Matomo settings. Level: “Well done, take a pie from the shelf”.
- Cron is configured to automatically archive reports.
- SMTP server for sending emails is successfully configured, but they are sent only manually “Send report now”.
Matomo version 5.1.2, PHP version: 8.3.11
Tested on two servers where Matomo version 5.1.2 is installed
What could be the solution to this problem?
Does the “Personalized email reports on schedule” option work in the free “On-Premise” version?
