Memory Exhausted - Visitor Logs

Here are an entry from apache error log

What we already tried :
- empty piwiki tmp
- increase RAM for PHP to 2GB
- cronjob every2 hours to analyse / compute data

I would appriciate any further hints to avoid this problem.
