I have just installed Matomo on my Apache PHP 8.2 website server hosted on Loopia and I am tracking a website that is hosted on the same server. The base functionality seems to work but I wanted to install the heatmaps and session recordings plugin as well. I got the free trial and retrieved my license key but when I try to enter the key under Administration > Plugins > License key it just seems like there is a timeout. I think this doesn’t have to do with the key but I am kind of clueless… please help!
