Hello, I have a timeout problem when requesting plugins.matomo.org which slows down the application.
This is a self-hosted Matomo installation on a shared OVH instance.
Matomo version: 5.2.2
MySQL version: 8.0.37
PHP version: 8.3.9
The CURL request works outside the instance.
The firewall is disabled and OVH support doesn’t see any blocking.
Is it possible that the instance IP is blacklisted by Matomo services?
Has anyone encountered this problem in a similar environment?
