hello guys
we recently install matomo in docker
but some times we got this error on the website
“Oops… there was a problem during the request. Maybe the server had a temporary issue, or maybe you requested a report with too much data”
that happen when we open dashboard or Ecommerce overview
some of the widget work correctly but other ones get this error
even i try delete tempelate_c folder
but it didnt work and event if that i couldn delete it every min that people try work with it
are there any way to fix this?
is it clear the reasons of that?
