At step 16 it says " Enter any arbitrary values for the Username and Password as these fields are not validated."
However as I do it I get an error from Google Ads: Invalid credentials
If I copy paste the URL it downloads the csv fine. The URL looks like so:
(I replaced XXXXXXXXXX with my domain name)
https://XXXXXXXXXX/index.php?module=AdvertisingConversionExport&action=generateConversionExport&accessToken=p3fRypn6pUbIse7VuvzXN.25JLdYj%25*%40Rt*EolT0YcKpz*%40lQZ&requestType=https&conversion-export.csv
