Hello!
My team had multiple segments using User ID, but a few months ago the User ID field disappeared as well as our custom segments using User ID.
I’m attaching a picture of a related error message when I go the the GDPR Tools page in settings.
As far as I can we didn’t change anything with our Matomo instance.
Does anyone have any ideas for how we can restore the User ID segment?
