I have moved my website and matomo to a new server. Old server was ubuntu 22.04 lts and new is 24.04. I have moved old matomo directory to the new server and using mysqldump installed the database on the new server. Everything seems to be there plugins history custom reports. No new data is able to be applied. I am using php-tracker and logs show permission denied. I am not able to deactivate a plugin or create a new token. It seems as I have lost super user privileges. System check shows error LOAD DATA INFILE problem. I could use some help with this …
