Editors can't see Matomo menu in WordPress Admin

Hello,

we encounter a strange problem: Editor can’t access the Matomo menu in WordPress Admin (anymore – they say they could “earlier”). We use the plugin and I refer to the menu in the black admin sidebar left.

I checked that, and it is true, even if the access settings say: WordPress Role Editor, Matomo Role View.

I deactivated all plugins and performed all troubleshooting options in Matomo, especially cache.

I have a very similar page that does not have this issue. I compared all settings, exactly the same.

Does someone know this issue and can help?
