Previously I was collecting stats using a local on premise docker image based version of matomo. When I moved to using the Cloud version of Matomo with the same tracking code configuration, however with more plugin available, I noted seeing the following:
- See Behaviour > Page titles
Page Name not defined
NB the following related stats also appear for the entry
Bounce rate: 0%, Avg. time on page: 00:00:00 Exit rate: 0% Avg. page load time: -
- See Behaviour > Pages
Page URL not defined
NB the following related stats also appear for the entry
Bounce rate: 0%, Avg. time on page: 00:00:00 Exit rate: 0% Avg. page load time: -
NB: Other page titles and URLs are appearing as expected. As far as I am aware all pages have titles, including 404/500 error pages etc.
Any suggestions or pointers for this issue?
