Hello, we are facing the challenge that Matomo combines individual user sessions on the intranet portals we manage into very long user sessions with, of course, a large number of interactions. In some cases, we have user sessions that last 8 hours.
As we are in a government environment, all users have the same IP address and almost identical configurations.
Does anyone have any tips and tricks on how we can map user sessions as accurately as possible?
