Hi, I have this problem with our Matomo On-Premises installation.
Recently I created a segment to “Exclude” some king of visits from my reports.
The segment is based on this rule:
Resolution > Not contain > 800x600
OR
Resolution > Not contain > 1600x1600
Unfortunatly in my “Devices” report this values are both still present inside the Resolution table.
I launched a cron job for updating but still no effect.
Some ideas about?
