Problems with Segments and anonymized IP-Addresses

Here are my privacy settings:

Anonymize Visitors' IP addresses: Yes
Select how many bytes of the visitors' IPs should be masked: 2 byte(s)
Also use the Anonymized IP addresses when enriching visits. No
