Internal server error when logged in

I'm using Pound as a load balancer / reverse proxy (https to http) - but I'm not experienced with proxies, so it could be something to do with this. I've followed the piwik guides to using proxy, but it didn't help.

Here is the General section from config/config.ini.php. Salt, IP and Domain are removed.

Fresh Piwik installation is missing any design

What I tried:
- Using different browsers/computers
- Delete and reinstall
- Re-down- and upload all files again with reinstall.

System:
- Ubuntu 16.04
- PHP 7.0.15
- MYSQL 5.7
- Plesk 17 (Onyx)

After upgrade to 3.0.3 , local admin stopped working

Questions about the criteria that determine new visitors

Piwik Installation Issue

Piwik Map - Hong Kong and Singapore

I had version 1.6 and updated to 3.0 expecting it to be there. Is there a timeframe for this? As its strange to have the country but no svg - most of our traffic comes from these countries.

Need help with multiple form

"Sent from" URL in email reports contains IP address instead of host name

The report contains an IP address instead of a host name when the report is sent as a scheduled job. If I manually trigger a report to be sent from the administration interface, then the report is correct and contains a proper host name as part of the "Sent from" URL.

The "Sent from" uses the correct hostname un the URL for one server's reports and an IP address in the URL for another. Very confusing.

I am running the latest version of Piwik, 3.0.4.

First line of config files being written to

When that line is there, the install is borked with php errors along the lines of "Unable to read INI file {/path/to/file/piwik/config/global.ini.php}: Syntax error in INI configuration: Your host may have disabled parse_ini_file"
I can remove the line and Piwik comes back up. But then the line gets written back in, and it goes down again.
Any thoughts? Thanks!!
