Error loading Loading Visitor Log (Oops… there was a problem during the request.)

I try to give php7 20GB RAM and 900 seconds execution Time. I tuned MySQL with mysqltuner. But all no success.

We have daily ~90k visitors with a lot of not-uniq-URL from a Shop. I think, that is the Problem.

Have everyone suggestion what i can do?
