Error view access website id

Problem description
Plugin heatmap and recording
user, ‘piwikuser’ with view or admin acces on site id 1
if i select ‘myheatmap’ in heatmap section i can see it without problem
when i change the time period, for example from a day to week, i get this error

“Error: You can’t access this resource as it requires ‘view’ access for the website id = 1.”

if i try to login it fails, but if i before select again ‘myheatmap’ all works fine

if i use a superadmin it’s all ok
