From that page, I clicked the “go back” link expecting it to send me back to my dashboard, instead, another page appeared stating that I need to upgrade my database, which I did, then was sent to the login page. I logged in, and the new version notice is gone, and the settings page says I am now running 3.8.0
Naturally, this chain of events has left me concerned that the upgrade was not performed correctly and I have compromised my installation
Does anyone have an opinion as to whether or not this has caused irreversible damage?
