Piwik.xx.xx.xx /http is CRITICAL

Been trying to figure out what is the cause but to no luck , the quick fix has been to restart the apache server : systemctl restart httpd24-httpd

which fixes the issue for a couple days, till the next warning.

Any help in troubleshooting or correcting this issue would be appreciated.
