I create a new custom record table with one dimention ‘productname’ and metric is visits.
After tracking some products in shop, dispite product is always added to Ecommerce(menu section)->Products view tables in matomo, the products tracked via setEcommerceView api method are not displayed in custom record table. If I use addEcommerceItem api method followed by trackEcommerceCartUpdate api method the product name is added to the custom record table.
Can anybody explain why this is happening?
