Dear all,
this morning I’ve updated Matomo from version 3.4.1 to version 4.0.1. During the update of the database, an error occured, saying something like:
Mysqli statement execute error : Duplicate entry ‘’ for key 'PRIMARY ’
The update page of my Matomo installation told me the following:
- increase
max_execution_time - increase
memory_limit - update the database option table with the version you want to update to in the value
version_core
Those three steps were performed. The update was completed. But unfortunately, when I now try to login, all that happens is a refresh of the login page. No login, no error, nothing. I only return to the login page.
When try the Matomo app on my Android smartphone, I states “network error” and that I have no access to the resource because I need “view” access to website id=1.
Is there anything that I can do? Do you have any hints for me?

(Yes, I already answered Lukas’ announcement if Matomo 4.0.0. But I believe that it doesn’t help me much in this situation.)
