[Solved] Restore database from a dump created according to the FAQ to a different database

Hello,

I created a dump of my 3.4.x installation with the following command (the one given in the FAQ):

time mysqldump \
  --extended-insert
  --no-autocommit
  --quick --single-transaction
  piwik
  -upiwik
  -p > matomo_backup_database.sql

I would like to restore it to a different database. Can you confirm this command (again, one given in the FAQ) wil restore the database to a different one (eg: piwik_new) ?

time mysql piwik_new -upiwik -p < matomo_backup_database.sql

So that on the same server I’ll have two databases: piwik and piwik_new ?

Edit: to answer my own question: yes ^^.
