Hi!
I’m using Matomo 4.6.2. This same installation has been working fine for months, tracking usage for 17 web sites.
Couple of days ago, I added three more sites – numbers 18, 19 and 20. While these sites are visible on the All Websites summary page, they are missing from the drop down menus.
For example, when creating a new user account, I can not choose any of these three new sites as the primary site for that account. The sites are also not visible in the site selection drop down menu on the dashboard.
The data for these three new domains is being recorded properly, and I can see the stats by clicking any of the domains from the All Sites summary view. But, as said, I can not access the stats directly from the drop down menu – nor add new users with these sites as their primary site.
Same situation with Edge and Opera. No adblockers.
Any ideas what could be wrong and how to fix it?
