On one instance 2FA shows as expected and I was able to enable and use it perfectly fine:
On another instance the 2FA section does not show up in Administration > Personal > Security. That instance is running 4.7.1 (will be updated soonish) but that should hve nothing to do with the missing setting.
Any idea why this could be or where to start looking?
