PlanetScale DB Compatibility (on-prem)

Hello,

I am interested in setting up Matomo on-prem using PlanetScale as the underlying MySQL database.

PlanetScale does not allow you to disable SSL at all, does this mean I cannot use PlanetScale? I am trying to verify that I interpreted what I read here correctly and that I could not use PlanetScale https://matomo.org/faq/how-to-install/faq_26273/.

PlanetScale also does not support foreign key constraints. Does Matomo use foreight key constraights?
