Track multiple Domains on subdomain

I am trying to use Matomo on our Managed server with the following structure:

http://matomo.domain1.com

I want to track:

domain1.com
domain2.com

I followed this: https://matomo.org/faq/how-to-install/how-do-i-install-matomo-with-plesk/
I deactivated Web application firewall. It blocky my IP when trying to edit certain settings in matomo. e.g. language.

How am I supposed to install matomo on a managed server with plesk without violating the server rules. Or what do i need to tell the support of our hosting.

I cannot create a new vhost with a subdomain.
