Reports do not get generated

Since the last update I get error generating reports. everything works except tget this message in blue:
It looks like reports for this period have not been processed yet. Do you want to see what’s happening now? Check out the [Visits log] ( my site url) or choose a different date period until the reports are generated.

and

The archiving of your reports hasn’t been executed recently, learn more about how to generate your reports.(url)

Troubleshooter spits out a mile of html with this at the start:
