"Access denied for user...."

Hi,
when i enter in Matomo panel i get this error:
WP DB Error: [1044] Access denied for user ‘XXX’@‘localhost’ to database ‘XXX’ SQL: CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE wp_matomo_logtmpsegment60fca8391a8d7b8095b725d57b458993 (idvisit BIGINT(10) UNSIGNED NOT NULL, PRIMARY KEY (idvisit))

I tried to solve it but even reading in the forum I could not understand what I have to do to solve the problem. Can you help me? Thanks
