Monday 6th March 2023 I had multiple reports that every site within our analytics (Matomo 4.13.3).
I was hopeful the counts would fix themselves but this hasn’t occurred.
Is there anything I can check that may be causing the incorrect counts? It has backdated, so all counts even historic are now incorrect, where we have old marketing reports displaying the correct data.
Any help or pointers greatly appreciated.
