Hello Matomo Community,
Iam using Matomo Cloud integrated over Google Tag Manager. Everything seems to work very well but I have created my first session recording. I noticed that a lot of page views are not counted.
Matomo Session Recording displays a “Change Within Page” (black) and the user changes the page by clicking on it. But Matomo says there is only one page view.
The funny thing is that it doesn’t always happen. Unfortunately I can’t see any pattern at the moment.
Do you have any idea what the problem could be? Thank you very much!
