Different values for "New visits" metric, inside Returning Visits Report

Hi, I would like to report a possible bug in “Returning Visits Report”

In attachment the real example screenshot; here step to reproduce:

1. Using a segment on “Returning Visits Report” [A],
2. The metric “New Visits” [B] in “Frequency Summary”, has a different value from the same metric inside “Visit by day since last visit“ [C] ,

Note: removing the segment both value are the same!

I’m using last version of Matomo on premises.
