Matomo UI not showing after install

I know what the error is. Its a profile that we created for a website and now we are no longer tracking it so we deleted the profile but the tracker is still on the webpages and we don’t have access to the website anymore to remove the tracker. We asked the website owners for help to remove the tracking code but they have not done it. Its has been a while. I just don’t know how to stop it. Can anyone help?

Importing data from Piwik 1.11.1 to Matomo 3.3.0

Enable Error Reporting

Not tracking visitors

Goals Overview takes time to be updated

Matomo not tracking all pageviews and goals

Login with iOS app returns a "protocol error"

On my site I run SSL with Let’s Encrypt. My hosting provider checked the SSL settings, it is ok.
Login with the mobile browser Safari on iOS works fine, so I assume the issue is not with the user credentials or permissions.
The error logs on the server record no entries after the login attempt.
